Fulminare Global USA and Fulminare Social Help Foundation (India) are legally separate nonprofit organizations with complementary charitable interests. Any collaboration will identify each organization's roles, financial responsibilities and applicable legal requirements. The U.S. organization does not present the Indian organization's historical work as its own.

Sumit Kumar founded the Fulminare impact mission after seeing how rural communities can lose opportunity because of gaps in education, health access, infrastructure, farming support, women’s dignity, and long-term community systems.
Fulminare Global USA, his vision is to connect ground-level work in India with global donors, foundations, advisors, and partners who believe in transparent, evidence-first social impact.

U.S. Nonprofit Incorporation
Fulminare Global USA was incorporated in Texas on May 18, 2026 to advance charitable collaboration, program development and philanthropic engagement.
Federal Charitable Recognition
The Internal Revenue Service recognized Fulminare Global USA as a Section 501(c)(3) public charity, effective May 18, 2026.
Partnership and Program Development
We are developing charitable partnerships, reviewing community-based initiatives and establishing systems for accountable program delivery and reporting.
